1. I love how you have a great sense of "with it." Wait, wait, let me expound. :) I mean you always know where to get the best deals and save money on great stuff.
2. I admire how you (and Adam, but this is about you now; we'll get to Adam in a few months...) have raised your kids. It's fun to see the parent you are and I can learn a lot from that.
3. I'm going to put this one down one, because I still like it, even though it was a long time ago, and two, because I want it in the books. It was so fun when you all lived downstairs and we could chat. It was fun to have someone to talk to when I'd get home and the rest of the house was empty or just whenever. But I really liked those times and getting to know you better.
